Jay Schreibman, has been with LSGIP (previously Lubin Schwartz & Goldman Insurance) for nearly 20 years, and has served as President since 1996. Jay holds expertise in a variety of markets, including Tier 1 automotive manufacturing; aviation; professional liability; large real estate; benefits brokerage, consultation and compliance administration; large, non-qualified, deferred compensation; financial institutions; as well with mergers and acquisitions. He founded the LSG Benefits division, offering a total scope of employee benefit consulting services, brokerage, administration and placement to mid-sized local, regional and national clients. Jay devotes personal time to a number of healthcare and non-profit organizations, and is currently on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Southeast Michigan, and also on the executive and regional boards of the Greater Detroit Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization, an international organization consisting of more than 8,000 young global business leaders.
