LSG Insurance Partners announces a staff opening
for a full-time Producer in Bloomfield Hills.
SUMMARY:
Represent the agency in the sales and servicing
of property & casualty risk management products
to various commercial and individual clients.
Attain sufficient sales performance to
meet or exceed production goals as set by
management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s
degree and active producer license(s) as
required by the State of Michigan and any
other states where client relationships will
be maintained.

Minimum of
five years experience in commercial property
& casualty insurance sales.

High degree of
professionalism and consultative approach to
client relationships.

Thorough
understanding of the agency’s product
offering and those carriers who serve our
market.

Excellent
written and oral communication skills.

Self-starter
and creative problem solver who works with
minimal direction and manages multiple tasks
in a fast paced environment.

Detail
oriented, well organized, and able to follow
through and take ownership of issues.

Customer
centric focus and responsive manner with
clients and fellow employees.

Proficiency
using Microsoft Office including Outlook,
Word, and Excel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Prospect, sell and service property & casualty accounts.
Retain clients through successive
renewals and identify opportunities for
cross-selling by other business units.
Continually seek new opportunities for
future sales growth.

Meet or exceed annual new business and renewal production goals.
3.
Manage all aspects of the customer experience within the agency.

Obtain necessary underwriting information, including completed
applications.
2.
Deliver timely, professional presentations.
3.
Establish service plan for in-force policies.
4.
Document all material conversations with clients and carriers
regarding exposures and coverages.
5.
Establish policy payment arrangements in accordance with agency
procedures and assist in collections as
necessary.
Any uncollected premiums are the
responsibility of the producer.
6.
Foster client relationships through regular communications as
appropriate.

Focus on timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality in
all communications with customers, carriers, and
agency personnel, to minimize the potential for
errors and omissions claims.
5.
Upon request, assume responsibility for accounts sold by others
where appropriate due to particular
relationships or product expertise.
6.
Keep current on required skills and product knowledge.
7.
Maintain required licensing and professional designations.
8.
Attend required internal meetings, which may pertain to sales,
departmental or general agency issues.
