Five years related work
experience in the financial services
industry. Life insurance license, plus
Series 6, 63, 66 or 7 preferred.
Experience with Morningstar,
eMoney, and Financial Connection preferred.
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, strong analytical,
math skills, presentation, and sales skills.
Exceptional organization and multi-task
skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
Work efficiently and in a proactive manner.
Interpersonal skills sufficient to work with
public and staff. Customer-centric,
professional approach in working with a
variety of people. Ability to work within a
team as well as independently with little
Intermediate proficiency using
Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word,
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate 401(k) enrollment meeting with plan sponsors. Conduct
group and one on one educational meeting for
participants. Build relationship with plan
sponsors and participants.
Assist participants with 401(k) asset allocations and other
Participate in investment review meetings when requested.
Conduct semi-annual and annual review of client’s investment.
Analyze client’s current investments to identify
retirement gaps and provide solutions to meet
Identify and work with new prospects on an on going basis both
inside and outside of 401(k) plans.
Perform account reviews based on client’s needs.
Maintain confidentiality of all information related to clients,
customers, employees and carriers.
